6.95% + $0.45 per transaction applies to qualifying credit-card pay-in transactions on a separately approved merchant account, instead of the standard 8.95% + $0.45. It is not payout pricing and does not change ACH / debit pay-in pricing.
Genesis subscriptions, games fees, ACH / debit pay-in pricing, KYC, driver-license and chargeback event fees, independent legal costs and payout program terms are unchanged.
Approval, reserves, limits and settlement are set by processor underwriting. Not every gaming business or model qualifies; licensed gambling, sweepstakes, skill gaming and software providers each have their own underwriting and jurisdiction requirements.
