What does the $8,500 startup cost include?
$7,000 legal opinion + $1,500 Genesis platform build and configuration. Legal and compliance services are separate professional services and may be subject to engagement terms.
How many games come with the primary gameroom?

How much are extra games?
$5 per additional game per month.
How many games come with additional gamerooms?
20 per room.
How much is an additional gameroom?

Can I charge operators more than $150?
Yes. The Genesis platform supports an owner-defined price for each operator, subject to the applicable agreements.
Can I take a percentage?
The platform can support configurable percentage-based commercial arrangements where permitted by the applicable legal, processing, and commercial agreements. A percentage is not billed until it has been approved against those agreements.
Is merchant processing guaranteed?
No. Merchant account approval is subject to underwriting.
What do players buy, and what can they redeem?
Players buy Gold Coins — entertainment currency with no cash value that can never be redeemed. Sweeps Coins are never sold: players get them free through the Alternative Method of Entry, daily or promotional bonuses, or as a free bonus with a Gold Coin package. Only Sweeps Coins won in play can be redeemed, after playthrough and identity verification.
Is a free way to enter required?
Yes. Every room must offer a free Alternative Method of Entry (for example a mail-in request) set out in its official sweepstakes rules, so no purchase is ever necessary to play or win.
Can one merchant account handle purchases and redemptions?
No. Pay-in and payout are separate accounts. Card and ACH pay-in accounts take Gold Coin purchases only; Sweeps Coin redemptions go through a separately approved payout account with its own pricing.
What does payment processing cost?
Card pay-in 8.95% + $0.45 per transaction; ACH / debit pay-in 0.89% + $0.25 per transaction; identity and risk services $0.25 per applicable event. Payout pricing is set by the separately approved payout program.
Are sweepstakes gamerooms legal everywhere?
No. Whether a sweepstakes model is permitted depends on the state, the room’s official rules and its free-entry method, and several states restrict or prohibit sweepstakes casinos. Your Genesis legal opinion covers your model; rooms operate only where permitted.
Can I have multiple gamerooms?
Yes. That is one of the central features of Gameroom Maker.
